How can CST help you?

Craniosacral therapy accesses the human beings self-corrective and self- healing processes.

Mental Health and Trauma

Help with the physical processing of trauma and overwhelm and take referrals from a psychotherapy practice to work with the embodied aspects of our emotional process for a rebalancing of the mind/body system.

Stress and Anxiety

Work with the reactive stance of chronic stress to provide relief, space and clarity and bring about a homeostatic re-balancing for a mind/body system that is more able to resist depression or disease.

Immune System Disorders

Engage with the autonomic nervous system accessing patterns of habitual life imprints which underlies conditions which create immune and nervous system dysfunction.

Pregnancy and Newborns

Support woman during pregnancy and postpartum, and also support babies from the autonomic effects of birthing.

Creativity

I work with creatives, actors, singers, dancers, musicians, artists etc to support and attune their mind/body to a rich internal world. Align and restore overworked stresses within bone and fascia.

Dentistry Problems

CST is highly effective in treating facial asymmetry, cranial imbalances, and soft tissue hypertonicity, helping solving problems like persistent tooth pain, temporo-mandibular joint disturbances, facial pain – that have not been resolved through conventional dentistry.

I am a member of the British Craniosacral Therapy Association and have been practicing since 2006. I am also a qualified UKCP psychotherapist. I specialise in treating emotional and psychological disturbances through a holistic approach incorporating physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual elements. In addition to my private practice, I also work with mental health patients within an NHS Trust in North London. My work focuses on the connections between mental states, physical discomfort/illness, and behavior. I offer CST as a way to connect with and heal the deeper self, often resulting in deep relaxation, clarity, self-awareness, and peace.

What my clients say

Hear from some of my amazing clients.

As sleeping disorder, migraines and back pain increased; instead of looking for medication, I decided to search for alternatives. A friend mentioned CST and I started to look online. What caught my eye on Jane’s website was the comment that CST can compliment psychotherapy or Counseling. At that time I was also getting treated by a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. Majority of time during the treatment I seemed to zone out easily. It is difficult for me to say it is sleep as it doesn’t seem like that when I get nudged to wake up by Jane. Even though it feels gentle as you lay on the treatment bed, the post treatment hasn’t been gentle for me, but the changes I have seen since knocking on Jane’s door have been extremely beneficial. Behavioral change has been the most prominent for me. My migraines would increase after treatment for a few days and I might be sleepy or sick. I have a healthier connection to myself, better decision making, improvements in relationships, and aware of environments that no longer suit me. These are only a few of the things I can summarise easily. I have to add that not all CST are the same. I tried CST with other therapists but the results were not the same. Jane’s approach works for me as her focus isn’t to relax but to get to the bottom of an issue. The changes didn’t happen overnight as in my case there were many layers due to decades of creating them. With Jane’s help I will continue to peel these layers. Overall it is well worth being “ Shaken up” by CST and see the changes in your life.

“I have had migraines since adolescence and I am now in my forties. Since starting treatment I have noticed a shift in my migraine cycle and in the area that I experience the pain and over two months the migraines have subsided and downgraded to manageable headaches.A problem that I have experienced for over twenty years is now finally going. I also feel more connected and stable after sessions and in a better place to deal with everyday life. This treatment has been a revelation for me”
